      <description>&lt;p&gt;Now that 0% down financing is a thing of the past, more and more buyers are taking advantage of FHA financing.&amp;nbsp; With FHA financing buyers can put at little as 3.5% down.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You may qualify for FHA financing if you;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Are a first time home buyer&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have not owned a home in 3 years&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Own income property and are purchasing your primary residence&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The great news about FHA financing is that FICO scores are not nearly as important as they are in conventional financing.&amp;nbsp; A common misconception with FHA financing is that you will not qualify if you make too much money.&amp;nbsp; That is simply not the case.&amp;nbsp; My preffered lender told me last week that he is doing an FHA loan for a client making 400K per year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
