Just Got Me a Twitter Account Update

I thought I already lost my Twitter account because it was way back when very few were still using it. But I was lucky today that I wasn't even searching for anything related to that account when I stumbled upon a post I made back then.

Typhoon Ondoy and Global Warming

The wrath of nature has been felt once more in the form of typhoon Ondoy. This by far is the worst for so many years that the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and Taiwan suffered. Landslides and flash floods everywhere. people by the hundreds of thousands of families were displaced from their homes.

Could this be the wrath of global warming? Or is this just the initial effect of what we have done in terms of damage to the environment? In the forests? In the seas? In nature overall? Just a few days and the Philippines hasn't recovered yet, another typhoon named Pepeng ravaged the land. wiping crops and cattle and cars.

Numerous Philippine real estate properties were discovered to be worthless in Marikina and Cainta areas. They were located in highlands but were not spared by the floods. Today, a Php 1.5 million worth of house and lot cannot even be sold at .5 million in many areas according to reports.

Promoting Business with Blogging Contest

I'm not really sure how to label this one but for one thing, I know that this can help some of my fellow real estate buffs here at ActiveRain. On my previous post here on my blog, I bragged about joining a real estate themed blogging contest and I know that some of us might get an idea or two from this method of promotion.

I am not the one who launched the said blogging contest but I must admit that it got in me so much that I learned the idea of using contests as a promotion for any product we want to sell and in this case, it was a real estate and some health watch together in one.

Wouldn't that be a nice little way to pay and get promoted and at the same time, we can get links from the participants and eventually get our business going the more in the internet. This way we create some sort of a big buzz about the business we are selling. I also joined in another one which is dubbed as tnomeralc web design toys and it is not related to real estate at all but the idea is what is important.

Selling any product we have and at the same time gaining a little bit more internet presence and exposure out of the marketing via a contest. Also gaining edge over the competition in the results when people search for related products. Ain't that a good thing to know about marketing a business?

Learning about Spires Real Estate and Healthy Living

Today, I joined a certain contest where the sponsor owns a real estate called spires and I must admit that indeed it is a good way and initiative to promote a real estate business. There were only a few who joined but it is still open for those who have a blog and might be interested to hop in the contest.

It was dubbed as Eriuqs Spires Healthy Recreation where the main goal is to blog about the features of spires real estate where healthy living is possible in a hundred and one healthy recreation options within the Montana Real Estate Development are called "The Spires". I just wanted to try this out because today I learned something else with how to effectively market your business whether it is for real estate or not.

We Are Selling A Boracay Philippines Real Estate Property

It was from my cousin's friend who wants to sell the big piece of land which is located along the nationan highway near the airport of Caticlan going to Boracay Beach / Island. Star City Getting Clogged This Christmas

Me and a few friends from college went to Star City and we all thought it would be a good idea to escape the mall rush thinking that going to Star City Philippines amusement park would really be a good escape. We found our we were ever worse wrong about the idea to come to the said park in such a holiday as Christmas Day. People are all over the place and you can barely walk to the floor because anywhere you turn, there is someone you will bump on to.

This is the so far the worst idea we all had in mind, the 5 of us that day on Christmas and what we did was just to laugh ourselves out because of the incident. After that, we vowed to never again come to Star City on Christmas Day but instead thought that it would've been better if we just came to the water falls where everything else is fresh from the air to the vegetables that we can all eat after a holiday full of fatty foods.

Star City stroll is yet the worst idea we had that day but we didn't regret the experience so just to learn more and prevent it from happening to our loved ones and families the next time. There'll be more years to come and we hope to do something better next time in any of our coming attempts to escape the Holiday Rush of Christmas Day. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!!!

Promotional Items Corporate Gifts Srednarb

I have just created with a friend a new website that deals with the use of promotional items and corporate gifts in marketing a business online. The website is named Promotional Items Corporate Gifts Srednarb. I hope to be able to use it with some of my real estate ventures this coming year 2009 or if possible, within this year. I feel really optimistic with this one as the idea of having a business website is a very important part of being a real estate agent and I would like to try different venture while I am in a far away country trying to seek possibilities. This is something new for me so I told my friend that if this one works out, there will be more future works coming from me. I only paid him about $50 for the whole set up but if this works out, there will be at least 3 more websites to help me in promoting a small business as well as help others get great ideas for free in marketing their services as well as products. Promotional items and corporate gifts are really a good and effective way to market a business product be it goods or services and I find it a little bit easier this way as the holiday seasons reach its peak. I do not really want to make any estimate because what I am looking out is to achiever goals with concrete data and analysis for a small business and with this in mind I am expecting to see positive response to the business. This will not only focus on real estate but also in many aspects of marketing a business.

Going to Capiz for a Business Trip and Real Estate

I will be coming over to Capiz for some business trip probably next month and I will try to look for some information about the different captivating Capiz beaches as well as have an initial knowledge about the real estate sell possibilities there for my business of real estate buy and sell.

If this pushes through like my other ventures, this one hopes to give me a little more of what is expected because profits in real estate I bet will be better when Capiz is developed as an eco-tourism in the Philippines. I will also be looking for other business possibilities if there are any so that I can mix well fun and business in one captivating Capiz trip.

A New PC, The Old One Got Junked

I went to the PC repair shop here in Florida today to go see if the PC in the house can still be repaired. I failed in my intentions to have it done today. The reason is that this old PC is already obsolete according to the expert. What I did was to go get new one. I just took my chance anyway and I don't want to know more about repairs in my PC.

This guy who took the time to take a look at the PC also told me that it would be more practical for me to go get a new one because the parts in there are already out of phase. I accepted it and bought me a new one today so I am back at posting here at this active rain blog that I have.

A Web Site of My Own Next Month

I am looking for some cheap web designer or web developer today so that I can start to have a real estate website of mine sooner. The actual target is this month and I don't want to pass on this one. I just can't wait to find a web design expert who can give me a web site that will serve as my personal website for my real estate profile.

I found one today while looking for one and this guys is from Egypt. He manages a web design or web site design firm in Egypt who offers probably one of the cheapest in his filed of expertise. I just found him today and I am looking forward to having a good qoute for my real estate website next week as he promised.

I am a little excites about this because this will be a good move for me as I enter next year with a new personal business web site regarding my job in the real estate industry. Yahoo!!

Traveling and Seeing Real Estate Opportunities

It has been a rule of thumb for me that whenever me and my family goes places like Florida or just about anywhere, I make it a point that I don't just enjoy the visit or the vacation. I take a look at the different possible opportunities that I can divulge for my career as a real estate agent.

I talk to people and I talk to the locals in the place and ask for some information if I see listings in the backyard or in a house that the real estate property is for sale. Sometimes I just ask intentionally the local residents in a place and see if I can squeeze some properties for sale or something that I can take advantage of.

This is one of the best things that I realize has helped me throughout my real estate career. I must have sold literally thousands or even millions of dollars worth of real estate property doing this technique. If you are a reader of this post, maybe you can consider this tip or there are those who might even criticize me but this is how I sometimes do it and frankly, I don't care as long as I know that it does a lot of good things for me enjoying vacations and visits to other places while earning and learning all at the same time. This is a job I learned to love.

Looking for Real Estate in Cebu Philippines

Today, I am looking into some available real estate properties for sale in Cebu City, Philippines. Along my search I found somone who could give me leads to where I can find some interesting locations as well as specifics about my search. I am lucky that I found this man Johnny, a real estate agent in Cebu City who will give me leads in a few weeks to where I can get more available detail about the place.

The purpose of this idea is to widen my knowledge over the internet and it's use for knowing the status of the real estate industry in Cebu, Philippines as well as other countries that I am aiming to get some information. Johnny by the way is a Cebu SEO who works for a Cebu SEO Company in the Philippines.

I am still waiting and while this is my case, I would like to alert some of the members we have here at the Active Rain so they will also learn from the ideas that I have regarding real estate selling and information scouring using the internet. for now this is just what I can share for the benefit of the members who will find this post from me but soon, whatever happens to my negotiation, I will post it here. It may take me about a month or up to even 6 months to finish such study.

Real Estate Selling and Being a Freelance Real Estate Agent

Real estate selling is something that everybody is not well accustomed to as a regular job especially if you are a freelance real estate agent. it is always hard to break into the market if you are not part of the group and if you know very few people in the industry.

But so far, even if this is the case, I have my own style in marketing what I sell and since the life of a real estate agent today is very similar to those guys our there who are marketing their sale in the internet, it is what I am doing at the same time. This is to make up with the losses that I have due to fear of joining other groups of real estate people.

To compensate for this shortcomings, I try as much as possible to be good at sales with the use of the internet and since I am really good at internet marketing, I decided to take real estate selling to a higher level which is internet marketing. I am therefore encouraging other real estate agents our there to go and join my call to get big in their sales with the use of internet marketing. This is a more effective way to go and get sales in the real estate selling business.
