For this reason alone you are generally better going with a Realtor than an appraiser because they both use the same numbers but the appraiser isn't working with buyers and doesn't know how hot or cold the current buying environment is.

Some people think because they are paying for an appraisal it means more, but it is wasted money. And your appraisal is meaningless to buyers if they can buy the same house down th road for less.

Sgt Wayne Leyde of Mead Won big at a local Zip Trip. He went in for a soda and came out with a scratch ticket that won him $1,000,000. We would like to start by saying we appreciate your service in Iraq. He has seved 2 tours and say he plans on going back for a third tour.

Just a quick Mead Market Update. Looking back on 2007, Mead Real estate has appreciated about 5%, a modest appreciation, but up from our regular trend before the housing boom. Spokane as a whole was about 2-4% appreciation. Then the housing boom took over and we had double digit appreciation.
