I am using information provided through the <strong>Harford County mls</strong> for the month of February. During that time period there were 1937 homes on the market in <strong>Harford County, MD</strong> + 255 properties under contract. You add those two figures together and get 2192. There were 165 <strong>Harford County home sales</strong> that month. Now take 2192 and divide it by 165. This is the <strong>rate of absorption</strong> in months. That means that for <strong>Harford County, MD</strong> the rate of absorption is 13.28 months. That means that in the current market conditions it will a little over 13 months to sell all of the current inventory.</p> <p>If you are thinking about <strong>selling your Harford County home</strong> this is something that you may want to follow. It was established on October 20, 1917. During World War I the Army realised that they needed a placefor testing munitions and equipment that was not located close to a heavily populated area. <strong>APG </strong>officially opened on December 14, 1917, and the first gun was fired on January 2, 1918 during a heavy snowstorm. The War came to an end on November 11, 1918, just as they got up and running with there testing missions.
