Modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 are hosted at NYIT offered by Bill C. Merrell 631-563-7720 Module 5 is in the field at residential homes

Modules 1-4 are offered as a Tuesday Evenings (6-10:20pm), Thursday Evenings (6-10:20pm), and Saturday Day (8:am -5pm)

Each Module is $ 450 per Module or $ 1600 for all 4 Modules at NYIT. Module 5 is a separate fee based upon number of inspections

· Module 1: (Structure, Exterior,& Roof ) 25 hours + final 3/9, 3/11, 3/13, 3/16, 3/18, test on 3/18
