&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dear Reader&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today, with some prompting, I will share another critical factor that helped me &lt;strong&gt;get started in Real Estate Investing&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; This factor will not only help you get started but will also be needed as you continue on your way to becoming successful in your endeavors.&amp;nbsp; Having or stimulating this critical factor within yourself will help you &lt;strong&gt;become a Real Estate Investor&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This critical factor is your attitude, your patience, your self-control, your mind-set.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; I mentioned, in Critical Factors Part II,&amp;nbsp; that &quot;You may need to contain yourself until the time is right...&amp;nbsp; You may tire or grow weary with frustration waiting and wanting.&quot;.&amp;nbsp; And to contend with these feelings you'll need&amp;nbsp;the right attitude, patience, the ability to control yourself, and a mind-set that enables you to handle these feelings and to not call it quits.&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;Real Estate Investing,&lt;/strong&gt; as with other things that are worthwhile, requires the right attitude to help you keep yourself motivated, patience to help you through those moments of doubt, self-control to help stop you from possibly making the wrong move at the wrong time, and the mind-set to know and understand that you are doing the right thing. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Adjust your attitude, resolve to be patient, gain control of self, and strengthen your mind, you'll soon be taking the ride of your life. &amp;nbsp;Stay sharp, stay calm, stay in control, get into the right frame of mind, and come back next time to see what else you'll need.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Today, I'm a little disappointed with the turn out on my &quot;&lt;strong&gt;Real Estate Investing, Do YOU have what it takes?&quot;&lt;/strong&gt; posting series.&amp;nbsp; It looks like the posts are getting some views, 60 - 70, but not stimulating many comments.&amp;nbsp; Are they too short and to the point?&amp;nbsp; Are they just not interesting?&amp;nbsp; Does my writing suck?&amp;nbsp; Should I continue?&amp;nbsp; Let me know what you think.&amp;nbsp; Please!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Today I will share another critical factor that helped me get started in Real Estate Investing.&amp;nbsp; This factor will not only help you get started but will also be needed as you continue on your way to becoming successful in your endeavors.&amp;nbsp; Having or stimulating this critical factor within yourself will help you &lt;strong&gt;become a Real Estate Investor&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This critical factor is your persistence, your perseverance, your tenacity, your stick-to-it-ive-ness.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Is &lt;strong&gt;Real Estate Investing&lt;/strong&gt; something that you are willing, but more importantly able, to stay with?&amp;nbsp; Once you begin to pursue Real Estate Investing, it may be some time before your opportunity arises.&amp;nbsp; You may need to contain yourself until the time is right and yet continue on until such a time arrives.&amp;nbsp; You may tire or grow weary with frustration waiting and wanting.&amp;nbsp; It will in all likelihood take quite some time to sow what you hope to some day reap.&amp;nbsp; Don't give up.&amp;nbsp; Never give in.&amp;nbsp; You will need to persist, to have dogged perseverance, to have resolute tenacity, to be the ultimate in stick-to-it-ive-ness.&amp;nbsp; Walk down the road of your future, crawl if necessary.&amp;nbsp; Keep your head up and your eyes on that distant crossroad.&amp;nbsp; Be resolute in staying the course and you will get there.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dear Reader&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A couple of posts ago I mentioned that I'll be posting a piece about &lt;strong&gt;How I became a Real Estate Investor&lt;/strong&gt;, and I will.&amp;nbsp; It's still a work in progress.&amp;nbsp; Until then, I'm going to share some critical factors that helped me get started in Real Estate Investing.&amp;nbsp; Having or stimulating these critical factors within yourself will help you &lt;strong&gt;become a Real Estate Investor&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;One of the most critical factors to becoming a Real Estate Investor is your interest, your passion, your desire.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Is &lt;strong&gt;Real Estate Investing&lt;/strong&gt; something that you have interest in, passion for, and a desire to do?&amp;nbsp; If not, you're doomed to fail.&amp;nbsp; Think about it.&amp;nbsp; It's&amp;nbsp;usually quite difficult to do something that you don't really want to do.&amp;nbsp; Isn't it much easier to do just about anything that you get excited about?&amp;nbsp; Of course it is.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Although, your interest, passion, and desire will not magically turn you into a Real Estate Investor.&amp;nbsp; It will go a long way towards making that possible.&amp;nbsp; So, if you think you're up to the challenge, come back next time to see what else you'll need.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Enjoyed time with family,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;yes, the time was well spent.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Excitement with friends,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;as the fireworks went boom.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No need to dread Monday,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;with it's doom and it's gloom.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just put on your smile,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and show clients you care.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My name is &lt;strong&gt;Michael L. Miller&lt;/strong&gt;, also known as &lt;strong&gt;Mike Miller&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am a Licensed &lt;strong&gt;Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Realtor&amp;reg;&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I became a Realtor&amp;reg; and was licensed in November 2002, have since earned the &lt;strong&gt;ABR&amp;reg;, GRI, NAR e-PRO, and RECS&lt;sup&gt;TM&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; designations (my alphabet soup), and am currently working towards gaining my &lt;strong&gt;CRS&amp;reg;&lt;/strong&gt; designation as well as my Brokers License.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Upon receiving my license, I joined &lt;strong&gt;Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Inc.&lt;/strong&gt; and have been with them ever since.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
