I was actually written up in the CAR magazine for using flickr.com to preview properties for clients. And now I have an even better tool. &lt;strong&gt;Say It &amp;amp; Mail&lt;/strong&gt; It lets me email a voice message and picture quickly right to my client&amp;rsquo;s email. What a cool little app. That can really show (and tell) what you need to get across.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So far I really like this one.
