http://activerain.com/blogs/mitrorealtor en-us http://activerain.com/blogsview/468971/meritage-homes-warning I recently got my clients a great deal on a second home in Yellowstone at Mountainsedge....While they are going to be very happy and I wish them the best.......I got the shaft.....They offered the home at 250k and I got it for them for 237k (the model).....They offered a 4% commission even, thinking that that is why I brought them....Unfortunately, they neglected to mention that the 4% commission was on $148k, not the sales price....It's always in the fine print, but they should have put in Bold SCREW YOU AGENTS....I just wanted to warn everyone that This is the MERITAGE way of business....I suggest you really think twice before you take ANYONE in there...
