      <title>WHAT DO THEY FEAR... </title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;...I ask of the Brokers and Managers of both Real Estate Firms and Banks?&amp;nbsp; It was an especially daunting day in the world of controlled title business.&amp;nbsp; As I traveled today from&amp;nbsp;office to office spreading the word&amp;nbsp;of our&amp;nbsp;New Bundled Closing Fees and our very established Mobile Services I was continually asked to please leave.&amp;nbsp; When I asked&amp;nbsp;why I couldn't at least leave the information I was told&amp;nbsp;they already have title services&amp;nbsp;in-house.&amp;nbsp; My response to that is if the In-House service is so good then why are they so FRIGHTENED of having information from another title company?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Or were they just&amp;nbsp;FRIGHTENED of me looking like a drowned rat after&amp;nbsp;getting in and out of my car in the pouring rain?&amp;nbsp;I know we're close to Halloween but come on people!&amp;nbsp;I think they are FRIGHTENED of loosing business to better service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Think about what you might be missing by buying into that controlled business your broker or manager is&amp;nbsp;using as a revenue stream.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;They know you're a captive audience and it's convenient.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;So if the service isn't so good it really matters not?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Will you settle for the convenience?&amp;nbsp; At what risk?&amp;nbsp; You have worked hard to build a trusting long term relationship with your customer.&amp;nbsp;That customer represents&amp;nbsp;long term income for you.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am the first one to understand if you think the service you are receiving from these controlled operations is Superior.&amp;nbsp;I ask you to please call me if you are not experiencing Superior Service on all your real estate closing needs.&amp;nbsp; We Guarentee it or your closing fee is refunded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
