I work mostly in Snohomish, King and Pierce Counties as a Real Estate Investor and appraiser. I would like a chance to tell you about an opportunity. Most of the agents I have been talking to have lots and lots of Short Sale/Foreclosure properties in need of a sale or solution. Well I might have what you need to get these closed. I work with 3000 different investors in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. I can get a property sold in as little as 24-48 hours. Most of the investors I work with pay CASH for their deals. If you have any properties that you can&amp;#39;t sell or need someone to work a short sale (I also have a team of short sale negotiates for a reasonable 1 percent of the deal.)
