I finally stopped everything and jumped right into Top Producer 8i. Definitely go through the online video training about setup. There are some very needed changes to your browser, but simple. After about 30 minutes I am enjoying the ease of navagating and getting use to the new layout. I believe my favorite currently is the Stats layout under Contacts. I think this is going to be a fun ride...

Let's Talk "Certified Chimney Inspections"

If you're selling or transferring ownership of a home a Level 2 Chimney Inspection is recommended by the CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America) and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association).

If you've never visited www.csia.org , I recommend everyone to review this website as soon as possible, and please take the time to watch the online tutorials on inspections and sweeping. A fireplace can be the most dangerous appliance in a home if not properly maintained.

The reason I have this knowledge...I am the mother of a Certified Chimney Sweep.

Hewlett Packard Coming to Conway, Arkansas

I am so proud that I attended the Press Conference Thursday, June 19, 2008, at the University of Central Arkansas to announce Hewlett Packard to open a $28 million Customer Service and Technical Support Center in Conway creating up to 1,200 new jobs. It was a packed house and I know HP was very impressed with the turn out of support.

A big THANKS and CONGRATS to all who helped make this fantastic opportunity come true for Conway and the state of Arkansas.
