That night she called me and thanked me for my time and consideration.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Shirley has been receiving automatic email updates of new listings and price changes in the Port Orange area. I have also responded to email questions regarding taxes, insurance and legal matters. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We have been in touch now via email for the past 9 months and just last week Shirley called to inform me that their New Jersey home was under contract and their closing date is Oct.31&lt;sup&gt;st&lt;/sup&gt;!! Due to time constraints, Shirley is arriving this Wednesday without her husband as Bob just had surgery. She told me that they need to close on a house in approximately 6 weeks!!
