New Home Buy and Sale Contracts in Georgia for 2008

It is even more important than ever to use a Realtor to buy or sale your home in Georgia. The new additions to the GAR Home buy and sale contract is extremely important to help protect both the buyer and seller. There is no way a "standard" office supply store form or a do it yourself contract can protect a buyer or seller adequately.

The new forms are to be used starting February 1, 2008. Be sure you have a qualified agent who has taken the updated course on 2008 Georgia home buy and sales contracts.

Both of us have taken this course and continue to keep updated on recent important information and changes taking place in Georgia contracts.

Reason number 1- It costs the buyer nothing!- Commission in the State of Georgia is paid by the seller in an agreement decided by contract with the listing of the property.
