The one man Realtor shop

Hello fellow Realtors,

I am new to Active Rain, but not new to the real estate business. 33 years to be exact. I have seen 3 major recessions, and lost some hair along the way. I have been with small companies, large multi franchise companies, and on my own.

There seems to me a growing niche of us old veterans who prefer the one man, non franchise work out of the home business model. With the advent of virtual assistants, web sites, docu sign, etc. why pay the franchise fee? I realize the benefits for many agents, and the exposure offered by the big guys, however, I am seeing more and more Brokers like me out there.

I love the low overhead, no salesman hassle life style. Do I have a few supporters of this idea?

Randy Bollig, Realtor

Randymybroker.com

P.S. You can trust your best referral coming to the DFW area with me.

Argyle Tx is horse country

Argyle Tx. is a popular destination for horse lovers. This community is a favorite for the move up crowd looking for acreage and a beautiful home. Most of the home sites are 2-30 acres. Since Argyle has such a good school district and terrific location, it is not unusual for buyers to relocate to Argyle from other "choice" neighborhoods.

If you own a horse, you understand how the correct soil conditions are necessary for maintaining equestrian health. We are fortunate in this area to have very sandy soil. Horses love sandy soil!

As the Argyle Tx Real estate expert I can help you find the perfect horse property. Even if you do not own a horse, move here anyway. It is still a great site to see ponies frolicking! Not an unusual site in Argyle Texas.

Call Randy Bollig for Argyle, Denton, Coppell Tx real estate

Randymybroker.com
