A client purchased a piece of land in Tx from the Developer and would like to refi. The land is worth under 80,000.

Question about Divorce and House Answered by Title company

Hi All,

Well this is what my title company has told me. Texas is a community state, but in the case of a Divorce the Divorce decree will stand. If the paperwork was not filed it doen't matter, they just need to file the paperwork with the county clerk and all should be fine.

It sounds cut and dry, but we shall see....

Question about Divorce and House

Ok I have a new question, that just came to me via email. My client wants to sell His house that was given to him in the divorce. He is worried that if he sells the ex will get half. Has anyone had this happen to them. In the divorce decree he was awarded the house. Thy did live there together.

Does anyone know of any Free Sites for Upscale homes?

I have a client that is wanting me to place his Home on Ebay and I told him that ebay is not working out so well for upscale homes. If anyone know of any sites please let me know. I have goggled and oodled and have come up with an empty noodle at this point. Thank you for your help,
