to get that curb appeal, but the yard is a good place to start!  Without spending thousands of dollars on extensive landscaping, your yard can look great simply by making sure that you're taking the steps needed to get your grass in tip top condition.  I came across an article on charlotte.com titled <a href="http://www.charlotteobserver.com/227/story/939316.html" title="It's time to aerate, fertilize, and overseed" target="_blank">It's time to aerate, fertilize and overseed</a>, that explains the steps to getting your yard in shape and keeping it that way.  I'm going to keep this article on file to share with my sellers!  If the house doesn't look fabulous on the outside, chances are it won't look fabulous inside either (at least that's what buyers think when they drive by
