Recently I spoke with a Zillow representative at a NAR convention&nbsp;to tell of my many nightmares I have with my Zillow listings being overwritten by the many websites that have auto-feeds to their site. During this conversation, this Zillow employee gave me a little tip. He asked if I have a Realtor profile on Zillow , which I replied yes. He mentioned by taking photos of homes not listed for sale and uploading and linking them to the corresponding property&nbsp;that the Realtor's profile will be linked to these sites. Apparently a high percentage of homeowners go for their "Zestimate" prior to selling and by having your profile linked, it can give you an advantage. I think its a great idea and I thought I would share it with all you bloggers.
