As you can see we are deep in powder with more on the way! Vail and Beaver Creek are blessed with record setting powder and the skiing is terrific. I took my daughters skiing last week and although they fly by me now on the slopes, we had a terrific day!

The large snow fall has brought a large number of global employees who are experiencing a difficult time finding housing. We are booked for our seasonal rentals and need more inventory. These people are hard workers who deserve housing but we have such a dire lack of housing that they are being forced to sleep in closets and on floors of acquaintenances homes.

Anyone who owns a home in our area who is not planning on coming for the ski season, this is a terrific opportunity to help some hard workers and offset ownersips costs a bit.

Needless to say we have been busy with property management and the phone has started ringing for home and investment property inquiries.
