First impression: Florida is SO MUCH WARMER THAN CHICAGO in February! Considering that there was a snow storm a brewin' when we left, this is a nice change.

Hopping onto the shuttle yielded yet another surprise - all the KW shuttles have promo videos playing of what's up and coming in our KW world; makes you want to stay on a little longer for the ride...
THEN off we got and were greeted by some Florida agents with yummy chocolate dipped strawberries. Mmmm a great start to the morning.

Do you remember watching the opening ceremonies for the Beijing Olympics? Those awesome drummers? Well, Keller Williams had them too (well maybe not the same exact ones...). Certainly awe inspiring, they brought chills just watching them during OUR opening ceremony.

We are so proud and excited to be here in beautiful and warm Orlando.

Karaoke and bingo at 2 area churches. First United Methodist 666 Graceland Ave. hosting karaoke beginning at 7:30pm (prizes for every singer!) Bingo will be at St. Mary's, 794 Pearson St. also beginning at 7:30pm-11pm and sponsored by the Senior Center.
Des Plaines History Center will have crafts for kids
Ronald McDonald and Circus boy will be at the Des Plaines Theater
Des Plaines Library - main hub for all activities.

Midnight raffles will be held, horse drawn carriage rides in Library Plaza sponsored by Pesches.

Food will be served in the first floor of the library from 7:30-10pm which has all been donated by local restaurants

Mascots visiting will be Cardinal Fitness bird, Skates the Chgo Wolf, Hubert the Harris bank lion and Jewels the clown. Live and continuous entertainment will be playing at the Library from 7:45-10:30pm.

A large screen TV will be broadcasting the NY Eve celebration live from Times Square at 11pm

Everything is FREE - all items, prizes, rides etc have been donated by your local merchants

What would a New Years celebration be without a diamond ball drop?! We've got it here! Right at midnight a GIANT brightly lit "diamond ball" will drop when the clock strikes in Library Plaza

Website technology question

Is anyone using technology on their websites to allow YOU (the Realtor) to "walk out and greet" your visitor on the screen. It is hard to explain but is sounds like you videotape yourself and add it to your website. You can then guide your "webguest" through your site personally. I would love to see some examples and get an idea of how this is done.
