Here you will find weekly market statistics which are a compilation of
Real Estate activity in Sonora, California and the surrounding area.
Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain
some sense of where our market is going.

The cost of Homes in Sonora CA remained the same this week.

The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage held to
$231,181.

Currently Sonora CA Real Estate*
has an average market time of 159 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora
CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory rose this week at 61 with
an average asking price of $397,980 and an average time of 159 days on
the market.

When compared to the rest of the Northern Tuolumne County there are
387 homes for sale with a average asking price of $350,738 and an
average of 177 days on the market.
