Presumedly, the reason&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;is&amp;nbsp;the incredibly high unemployment rates not just of blue collar, but even&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;professionals who constitute the Prime mortgage lending marketplace who&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;are&amp;nbsp;receiving loans based upon strong credit, income and assets.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;That is the fastest growing class of mortgage defaults. &lt;p&gt;3. The earliest any home financing transaction can close is seven business days after the borrower is issued his or her initial mortgage disclosures from the lender.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. An increase in APR by more than .125% requires re-disclosure of the TIL at least three business days before closing. If mailed, the TIL is considered &quot;received&quot; three business days after mailing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. A more typical contract date may be 30-45 days, and it's wise to plan on a minimum of 30 days to close.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;in addition to my&amp;nbsp;standing ready&amp;nbsp;, e-PRO , TRC certificates ....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;with no much luck or business out of it so far ..&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There is a steep cost and yearly fees for CIPS Designation:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;A one-time only processing fee of $225 is required with your application.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Annual CIPS Network membership dues are $220 for both candidates and designees in the US.&lt;/p&gt;
