We're seeing multiple offers on well priced listings. Is this just in the Key West market? Or do you also see an increase in buyers hoping to take advantage of the market before it heads back up? Buyers seem to be recognizing that if they want to get in at the bottom of the market, the time is now. A buyer’s post on Trulia complained: “I just made another offer on a third house and now it has "another bidder."
