Residential real estate sales in St. Johns County and surrounding areas have remained stable for the first part of 2011. Single family homes and condominium sales have shown modest increases over last year. St.Johns County Schools "incredible" FCAT scores - 06/07/11 11:34 AM
The St.Johns County Schools, once again topped the state  in FCAT reading, math, and science scores. Overall the county ranked first or second in the state. The St.Johns County school officials expected scores to drop after the testing was much tougher for 2011. FCAT is a major determining factor in each schools grade and the district grade. The past 2 years in a row St.Johns County has ranked number one in the state. This is just another reason why buying a home in St.Johns County is so desirable.
