I am presently a Home Inspector in SW Florida and very few times do I actually meet my client.  So most of the time I deal with the Real Estate agents.  In my desire to better serve my client and my profession and to make life easier I am looking for input.

I provide an executive sumamry report.  Would it be better if I broke it down room by room or by profession?

Meaning I can have subtitles such as

Roof
HVAC
Plumbing
Electrical

and so on..... Or would it be better to go room by room?  Your input is greatly appreciated and I just want to make it easy for all involved.

Thanks,
           Russell Hensel
