I've often thought that it's a sham that banks can get away with foreclosing on a property and then selling it "as is." I think states or the federal government should pass a law forcing anyone who disclaims knowledge of the property because they haven't lived in it to get (8 comments)

Many of our older homes here don't have a garage, so parking that Cadillac Escalade or Ford F350 can sometimes be a challenge, especially if one has toddlers or sacks full of groceries.

I did a home inspection a couple of years ago on a property that had been completely renovated and was quite gorgeous. Even the garage could have been a nice home for the mother-in-law, even if she was Rhoda or Marie. Here's a picture of the entrance from the garage into (18 comments)
