Here are some tips. In the last week I have seen 70 homes with 4 different people relocating to Michigan. These are things that will help you sell your home. 1) Get rid of the smells. Don't let the wet dog in. Smoke outside for the months you are showing the house. Burn a lightly scented candle. 2) Clean the walk of snow.
