Seller Disclosure - 10/22/07 09:51 AM
Washington State has gone to statewide Real Estate Forms.  Along with that came a new line on the Purchase and Sale form regarding seller disclosure.  Line 9.  Disclosures in Form 17 (The Seller Disclosure form):  "Buyer will___; or will not_____ have a remedy for Seller's negligent errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Form 17"
Both parties need to agree that the buyer will or will not have a remedy for a loss resulting from negligent errors, inaccuracies or omission in Form 17 Seller Disclosure Statement made by the seller

Tools of the Trade - 10/04/07 10:41 AM
I am a big fan of technology and feel it is critical to stay on top of the newest tools as they become available.  I would enjoy hearing and sharing what other agents and lenders find useful.  Last week another agent in our office told me about "Jott", which is a free service, (always nice to find something free)  http://www.jott.com/ Check it out.  You call a number and leave a message, the message you leave is sent to your email.  It is great for a quick note or reminder to yourself, when you don't have a notepad.  The email is waiting when you get back to your desk.  … (3 comments)
