As the renters think about changing their scenery a distinct interest in Fairfield Condos has emerged. Median Price Condos/Coops are popular with the lookers right now. 
Updates and over-all condition seems to be a big deciding factor on which condo to buy.  Even if the condo is priced lower, buyers are wanting updates, not TLC.
