State Route 31 West Corridor Study Town Hall - 03/24/09 11:12 AM
Traveling west from Somerset, PA this route is a main artery leading to the turn onto Trent Road for Seven Springs and to Hidden Valley's front door step! Wednesdays meeting (March 25th) is the second Town Hall session to be held concerning this corridor. Click here for the overview of the study. Basically the study concentrated on the ten mile stretch of 31 from Somerset Boro to the County boundary (right before Fern Mountain, after Hidden Valley). Properties having frontage on Rt 31 were the focus. Just as Donegals considered the Gateway to the Laurel Highlands, Rt 31 is a major gateway to attractions in the western part of
