Variable Interest rates, I may loose my house - 01/06/08 07:14 PM
My brokerage is sound, my home life isn't.  My wife and I had heart to heart this weekend.  Lots to consider.  We have a variable rate mortgage that hs adjusted again.  We're over 14% now.  We had been at 6.5% when we started, and things looked rosey.  Then, a nasty custody battle (we won), and big illness in the family.  My Brother-in-law, and my wife had multiple operations.  We're behind in so many areas trying to hang on to a house.
