Recruiting has always been a problem, for me and others.  I've had an idea, I'm going to try this (and Report), but I wonder if anyone has thoughts on the idea..
I'm pretty well known in our local board as a Techy Broker.  I've brought several new technologies to the market, chaired the MLS committee, and teach technology to new agents.  I'm currently reading (or re-reading, this is a very quick read book) "God is a Salesman" by Mark Stevens.  Please don't think this is blasphemy, this is a very Christian book telling us to practice Christian beliefs in our sales, and … (35 comments)

I've been watching internet growth in Real Estate for 5 years.  Not only has the percentage of people using the net grown (to 80% in 2007), but the percentage of buyers who find THE home they purchase on the internet has grown to 29%, while introduction to the purchase home from Buyer's Agent has decreased to 32%.  Marketing on the internet has become the most direct way to display homes to the buyer.   I have designed and built my own sites for years (including flash intro's), but struggled getting them ranked by search engines.
