That’s right, 76% of all Ocean City Maryland real Estate sales in 2010 have not been distressed property sales. Three quarters of all the sales have been regular sellers that were not Short Sales or Bank Owned Foreclosures. It seams hard to believe for many people as the majority of what we hear on the news is the dismal state of the housing market and the catch phrases “Bank Owned,” “Foreclosure,” “Short Sale,” and “REO.”
