Calgary Leads Nation In Economic Growth - 10/05/10 11:19 AM
The Calgary Herald reports that Calgary is forecast to lead the nation in economic growth in the period between 2011 and 2014, according to the Conference Board of Canada.  In its Metropolitan Outlook report released today, the board said Calgary suffered through a significant downturn last year with the effects of the global financial crisis resulting in Real Gross Domestic Product declining by 4.5 per cent.
