Hi all...

Will be heading out for Vegas on Saturday and staying for the week.  Would love to meet up with some other agents that work Military base areas... 

Would be glad to meet up with ANY agents but specifically hoping to find some other Air Force base areas... I work the Dayton, Ohio area with Wright Patterson Air Force Base... WPAFB

Will have 3 team members out for convention and really am looking to make some good contacts and develop some connections for referrals back and forth...

If there is already a group that you have set up or know of please let me know if you have room for a few more...

Ok... we fly out on Saturday for VEGAS... looking forward to it very much!

I am still trying to find some groups to meet up with and network, share ideas and find referral partners...

I was with KW for years and found that there was much more of this type of thing going on with their conventions...  KW has its issues but I really found that I got as much or more out of the conventions OUTSIDE of them as I did inside...

If there are any groups already planning on meeting up and have room for 3 more from Ohio please let me know.

I tried a while back but did not get much response.. My team and I do a lot of short sale business and take it very seriously... training, coaching etc...and would love to meet up with others that do as well and actually know what they are doing... ;-)

Would love to network with other agents and build a network of referral agents to send leads to as well as share ideas etc...

Ok, we are so close and I have yet to really find anything going on for a meet up in Vegas???

Are there any groups out there and/or others that would be interested in getting together to network, talk, learn etc?  I have been to Vegas several times when I was with KW for convention and it is a great location.  I always found that I learned as much or more outside the convention at these type of informal meet and greets than in the convention its self...

Please let me know if there is anyone out there interested in getting together.

Looking for new IDX provider and want to find the best solution... From what I can find so far it looks like:

  1. 1 Park Place
  2. Diverse Solutions
  3. Real Estate Webmasters

are the "players"...

  1. Any others out there that anyone knows of?
  2. experience with any of the above?
  3. Tips, etc...

Please call me directly if you don't want to let your local competition know how great everything is...

WHAT TO DO???

 

Ok, it looks like they are both good but can anyone give me input after having used both?

 

How about the good and/or bad of each for the one  you use?

 

How was the set up if you were the FIRST in your MLS to set up?

 

What I LOVE about both is the ability for spiders to index the rss feeds... that is WHY I am looking to go with one of them... So, unless there are other IDX providers out there I know I want one of these... IF there are other options WITH the RSS feed and ability for spiders to INDEX the post... please let me know.

FHA Risk Based Premium and Up Front MI change Oct. 1st

Just thought I would remind everyone that several changes go into effect tomorrow.

  1. Up front MI changes to 1.75%
  2. No risk based pricing
  3. Monthly MI changes to
    1. .55% for 95% LTV or higher
    2. .5% for 95% LTV or less
  4. No seller funded DPA

This applies to FHA case numbers assigned on or before Sept. 30th...  so, if your buyer is already under way it should not matter but buyers you are working with this could help or hurt...

Gives some very interesting insight into what I kind of knew but you just kind of forget over time... it is a bit long but it is very much worth the watch. 

May be too late to stop it but we can help make sure it does not happen again and keep it from getting worse...
