Finding Short Sale Sellers... - 11/27/07 11:55 PM
Question for you all...
I am having fantastic success with short sales in the Dayton Ohio real estate market. My question/problem is finding sellers in need of help. I know there are many sellers in foreclosure out there that have no idea that there is help out there for them... they end up in foreclosure never knowing they had other options. The Dayton Ohio Real Estate market needs to get this information out the sellers that are in trouble.
Worse still are the huge number of agents that don't know what they are doing and let listings expire??? unsold and the seller ends … (12 comments)

A Broker, Now What? - 11/13/07 12:15 AM
I just passed my Broker exam and am excited to see how this will impact my business. Aside from the increased responsibility and ability to open my own shop... how have others used the "title" in client interaction, with other agents, etc.
How do you explain the difference between an "agent" and a "broker"
How do you compare to CRS, ABR, etc?
Have you seen a difference in how co-op agents interact with you?
My goal was to complete my CRS and get my Broker license in 2007 and just made it on both in the last week...yea!

I have been working on the You Win Listing for months and have just "rolled" it out in our market. I have seen several programs from different agents across the country and have taken what I thought to be some great ideas along with my own ideas to come up with what I think is a great program. This is completely new in our area and have seen some good success so far. We are doing some direct mail, web site and the best results are coming from my Hummer that we had "wrapped"...
