The Tahoe Donner Real Estate market has been on fire since August of 2009. Sales of homes in Tahoe Donner for the last quarter is equal to the highest number of sales levels on record. Certainly buyers have been getting terrific deals and interest rates have been exceptionally favorable. What would one attribute to this phenomenon? The buyer for second home real estate belongs to a very narrow demographic group. The Davis Yoder Realty Group has consistently represented the most buyers for Tahoe Donner Real Estate, so we have a pretty good pulse on the market.
