This is an advertisement --I have a soundfront lot in Atlantic Beach, N C with a boat slip. I developed this small subdivision several years ago and have held onto this lot. The subdivision contains a marina used only by homeowners. This building lot has a fantastic view overlooking Bogue Sound with Morehead City's waterfront across from it. At night the lights on the Morehead City, N C waterfront is a sight to behold. There are very few building soundfront lots left in Atlantic Beach so this is a rare opportunity.
