Larry challenged Rainers to just blog....he had a list of things that he blogs about... Politics, stream of consciousness, some wild idea that won't quit, knowledge (even if he thinks we might already know it and you never know), real estate facts and data.
I rarely submit blog posts because I am not sure how they will be perceived. I wonder at the knowledge level of the people I am trying to reach and I have plenty to do just keeping the brokerage, buyers and sellers satisfied. But, truly, that is not an excuse. Without accurate information for the attorney, financial planner, insurance agent/broker and accountant, among others, these clients will be at a loss as to how to pass along assets or make intelligent decisions as to the dispensation of such assets should they become disabled, have a financial setback or divide (5 comments)
Find A Home Using Letters....Really? - 06/25/10 11:19 PM
Someone forwarded me an email recently about an idea he had had passed along. The idea was that if you knew a neighborhood or area you wanted to live in.....
you would mail letters to homeowners in the neighborhood asking if they were willing to sell in the near future. Nice idea. You are in no hurry and you want to buy without paying a commission and having any competition to buy a nice property where you want to live! Sounds right.
