Going green?  Regarding green mortgages new construction homes built with energy-efficient standards qualify when certified as mentioned below.  An existing home can also qualify for a green loan if it is professionally inspected for the lender to add to the loan amount for these improvements.
When looking for a home it is important to know about energy saving methods used in new and existing homes.

Looks like a great home--five bedrooms, four baths.  That is a lot of house for $124,000.  I hope it looks as good inside as outside.  Best of luck in selling this home with HUD.  My most recent experience was a nightmare and at the last minute the buyers bought a car and brought their credit down to where they could not complete their purchase.

Good information.  I will have to follow the website you used for your statistics.  I have lived in the Toledo, Ohio area all my life (except for college) and found it to be one of the easiest places to get from point a to point b.  Usually 15 minutes tops.  Also I like the atmosphere of Toledo and the mid-western "to the point" attitude.
