Toledo Market Update for December 2013
In the past month in Toledo, Ohio real estate sales and listings have risen above the levels of last year.
December sales of single-family homes in Lucas and Upper Wood County reported by the Toledo Board of REALTORS 2012, and increase of 9% compared to the previous month totaled 386. This was an increase of 6% compared to December of 2012.
Sales volume generated by December activity totaled $48 million, which was up 28% from 2012, and year to date sales volume is up 11% over the same time period in 2012. The median sales price was … (2 comments)

Where is Holland, Ohio? If you know where Toledo, Ohio is, Holland, OH is just west of Toledo located off Route 475 exit to Airport Highway. It's a community a large shopping center right off Route 475. The Springfield School district recently earned the distinction of Excellent with Distinction by an Ohio committee. In previous years Springfield has earned an Excellent rating--this was the first time for the additional rating of Distinction.
Getting back to sellers and buyers during the month of October 2010, the following occurred:

The market has slowed down in the Toledo area as you can see by the chart below. There were a good amount of sales in these areas but not a lot of new listings. This shows that people are watching the market to see what it is going to do.

Holland, Ohio is not like Holland, Michigan with all of its tulips and gardens.
Holland, Ohio is located just outside Toledo, OH on the west side of town and is a great community to live and work in. We are located close the the Toledo Express Airport and I475 which connect to I75 interstate highway. There are many nice communities located in Holland, OH and the price of homes range from the mid $50's to $700,000. The Springfield School System just received an Excellence with Distinction which is the highest award you can get from the State of Ohio.
