The beauty that is Malibu, California. 2012 has provided many signs of improvement in our economy and the United States’ real estate market. One seems to effect and reflect the status of the other. The price increase on properties in many areas indicates a decrease in supply, which as I have discussed previously is due not only to more sales, but also less foreclosures. Remember when gas prices were this low? One day we'll be saying that about house prices. Now that we are just days away from the new year, I feel it is time for some reflection and some predictions. We’ve been having cooler weather in San Diego this week. It has included overcast skies and rain. Not typical San Diego misting or light showers that last for a few minutes and are gone.
