ADOPTION in the REAL ESTATE MARKET - When a Door Closes, A Window Opens :) - 03/27/08 09:53 PM
On 8/27/09 we attended our local Board of REALTORS ( GNIAR )annual meeting at the Avalon Manor Banquet Hall located @  US 30 in Merrillville, IN.
The statistics reported that day about the drop-out rate of REALTOR members in the last year (High of 2600 agents at one point in NW Indiana to current 2100+ and projected decrease to 1800 agents by 2010 )...
reminded me of this BLOG I wrote last year .....
and how servicing the friends, family & clients of those who were once active collegues in our profession is very important!

Seems that because of our Internet presence and Blog Posts, a Home Buyer in Northwest Indiana, forwarded Our Listing for consideration for the TV show called HIDDEN POTENTIAL which airs on the Home and Garden Television Network.

In the last two years, I have been pursuing my CRS Designation. Meeting the requirements to become a Certified Residential Specialist in the field of REAL ESTATE is not an easy task, but definitely achievable.
Before attending my final core class:),  I googled the instructors name here on Active Rain and found out Jackie Leavenworth has fans!

Valparaiso Crusader's Season Ends with Semi-Final Loss to #2 Seed Cleveland State. - 03/08/08 10:26 PM

Due to having the flu, I was unable to attend this afternoon's semi-final game :(
I was fortunate enough to be able to watch the game on ESPN U. It did not take long to see what I was in store for, as I can summarize the Valparaiso Loss by their actions in 2 segments of this game:
