After obtaining a signed Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement our work began.

Never Leave a Birdie Putt Short - A Golf Tip That Applies to Real Estate :) - 04/17/08 07:33 PM

Ok, so Finally spring has arrived in Northwest Indiana and I convinced Jeff to turn off the phone a few hours in the afternoon the other day to get in a few holes of GOLF on a warm, but windy day.
Amazingly, with the wind at my back, my drive reached the green on a Par 3, and I was left with a 20 foot uphill putt!
Now the advice of my experienced parter, who has golfed since childhood, and has been lovingly patient with my learning curve, has been : NEVER LEAVE A PUTT FOR BIRDIE SHORT !

As Porter County Property Owners, last week we received a Check from the Porter County Government as a refund of a portion of our last paid property tax bill !
What's even better, is that Indiana State passed legislation to LOWER Property Taxes in Our County as well !

Like abstract art, some posts make you Stop and Think, others may even influence you further than thought,- they may impact your future actions.
Inspired by one such post: REVERSE OFFERS-Who Uses Them? by Jeff Payne, (a former Hoosier.. thanks Jeff :). His Description of the Process, along with the many positive comments from various REALTORS, encouraged us to consider this OPTION for our own Clients. 
This concept, although widespread in other parts of the nation, is not readily practiced in Northwest Indiana.
