     I was watching ESPN when scrolling across the bottom in "breaking news" headlines, I read - "New York Yankees acquire Alex Rodriguez from Tigers ...." At first glance I thought - in typical fashion - here go the Yankees, making what I think is a GREAT move. What say you ? As of July 30, 2008 the Yankees are 4 games back of 1st place, now would be the time to make this move!
Lets see, the Yankees now have A-Rod & I-Rod, sounds funny, but this is gonna be a lethal combo. The Tigers who spent MILLIONS of $$$$ … (19 comments)

this has been our motto since entering Real Estate Sales in 1999.
Recently, much to our concern, we have interviewed more & more potential
SELLERS who have paid $1 to $5000 ( one to five thousand dollars )
  UP FRONT, to total strangers to LIST their Home on a Website To "Help them Sell it" ......OR,  another
newer service now offers help those behind on Mortgage payments in order to Avoid FORECLOSURE !
the PROBLEM?????
They end up NOT Delivering any READY, WILLING and ABLE (qualified) Buyers.
So these FRUSTRATED CONSUMERS use the Internet and GOOGLE some more and find US....

Here were just a few of the obstacles in the path of
Closing on the Sale of a Home that involved the
Lenders Approval of a Short Sale....
An overwhelmed Processor who had over 100 files on his desk of Homes nationwide facing short sales or foreclosure....he also mentioned that other processors were burdened to the point that if and when he took his vacation, NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE to cover the files on his desk, they would sit for the week to 10 days of his absence.
