  Yesterday we closed escrow
representing a friend who purchased a home.
 
Not someone we have known since high school or college.
 
This friend was a total stranger just a couple years ago and used

I was born & raised on the south Side of Chicago (10th ward to be exact - Hegewish;)
Moving to NW Indiana (1st Lake County-St. John in 89, then Porter County-Valparaiso in 97) was a great way for us to benefit from affordable housing and lower taxes, yet be within driving distance or train ride to major attractions in Chicago!
Recently, I surprised Jeff with a Father's day gift - some Ivy Leage rooftop baseball Tickets to watch a Cubs game overlooking Wrigley Field.
