We received a phone call from a Valparaiso Indiana Home seller who had listed their property with another brokerage for almost 6 months and it did not sell.
We specialize in RE-Marketing Expired Listings in NW Indiana and getting them sold !
The sellers knew a former client in which we had sold their Valpo property rather quickly when listed.
Although we could not promise the same results at the listing appointment ( their property differed in price points and location and amenities than our former clients who they knew), we were confident the home was sale-able!
