Latest Market Statistics for Radnor, Tredyffrin and Easttown Townships*
For the 30 days ending March 9, 2009 in the 3 nearest townships, there were 21 single family and twin homes that settled at an average price of $694,293.   The average discount off the original asking price dropped to below 90% for only the second month in the last few years, to 87.9%.
