1. Must be geographically specific
Title of the post becomes the URL of the Blog
The more granular the better - Specific neighborhoods, towns, etc have better chance of buying
 
Use phrases for which you wish to rank
Write multiple articles about a similar topic using different keyword phrases
-Homes for sale in Bergen County
Body & Content Rules
1. Keyword Density 2-4%
2. 300-500 Words
3. Start and end with your key phrase
4. 2-4 outgoing links (make links out of words that explain the destination)
