If either is out of balance the effect is a home on the market for too long. Price based on the trends of homes sold in the past 4 months and stay competitive with those that are active on the market. Well, as a full time Realtor, I list homes for sale all the time. This time however was very different because it was my turn, I would be selling my own home. I can now say that I have full empathy for my clients as they prepare to list their home. When you decide to make a move, the first thing you want to do is talk with a Realtor. TN Driver's License Renewal Need to renew your TN driver's license? It's as easy as www.tennessee.gov. I, like so many others I'm sure, found myself with an expired license. My expiration date was on March 1st and on March 9th I had this "OH NO" realization that I was driving on an expired license. I really didn't have time to drive to the driver license station to renew in person, and knew that it was too late to try by regular mail (snail mail). Sullivan Farms has seen a steady increase in the average price per square foot, but in 2008 saw their first decline. The days on the market have also increased this year. Numbers for the 3rd quarter of 2008 seemed to fall somewhere between 2005/2006 numbers. 3rd Quarter 2008 had 14 homes sold compared to 18 homes sold in 2007, with a sales price per square foot closer to that of 4th Quarter 2007.

franklin tn real estate: Middle Tennessee sets records for Early Voting

According to this morning's news report on channel 4 news (WSMV), about half of registered voters in Williamson, Davidson, and Rutherford counties have voted early. This years early voting in Middle TN set new early voting records. Davidson county is reporting that around 185,213 of 325,000 registered voters had early voted as of Thursday afternoon. Hopeully this will make the lines significantly shorter on Tuesday's November 4th voting day. No matter who you are voting for, you must get out and vote. Fun was had by all at this weekend's Sullivan Farm HOA Fall Festival. Sullivan Farms, located in Franklin, TN, held its annual Fall Festival on Sunday October 26th with huge attendance. Although the Fall Festival was held the same weekend as Franklin's Pumpkin Fest, it didn't lessen the attendance.
