Since the dreadful 2004 hurricane season of Florida and then Katrina of 2005, the insurance industry has drawn in the reins for coverage in coastal areas. Sadly, the insurance companies draw a line down the coast from Maine to Mexico. Unfortunately, that puts people in coastal Georgia in the same boat (0 comments)

Boo to the Naysayers! If I hear another broadcast or read another article about the current real estate market being soft I think I'm going to be ill. The media drives this car and if the road is marked with "caution" and "beware" then indeed the buyer that doesn't have to move (8 comments)

Flood Coverage for Hurricane Prone Areas - Should we be Alarmed? A recent article in our local newspaper really stoked my concerns for the upcoming hurricane season.
